Thiruvasagam is a collection of Tamil hymns, which is entrenched in the hearts of the Shaivite canons and spiritually suggestive. This old work is attributed to the holy Tamil Saivite saint Manikkavasagar and is included in the Tirumurai, the canonical Tamil Shaivite religious poetry.
Thiruvasagam is emotionally charged and philosophically rich and it is a cry of a soul, who desires to receive divine grace, surrender and awakening.
